ORDINANCE NO. 2026-08
AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF SHIP BOTTOM, COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, INCORPORATING THE UNIFORM HOUSING AFFORDABILITY CONTROLS OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY
The Borough of Ship Bottom introduced the above ordinance at its April 28, 2026 meeting. This ordinance expressly requires compliance through the municipal code with the requirements and obligations of the Uniform Housing Affordability Controls, N.J.A.C. 5:80-26.1 et seq., as may be amended. The ordinance will be considered on second and final reading at the May 26, 2026 meeting of the governing body. The next Council Meeting will be held at the Ship Bottom Municipal building located at 1621 Long Beach Blvd., Ship Bottom, New Jersey, commencing at 6:30 p.m. Copies of all Ordinances are available at no cost at the Municipal Clerk’s Office located at 1621 Long Beach Boulevard, Ship Bottom, New Jersey, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
