BOROUGH OF SHIP BOTTOM
2026 NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARD
The Borough of Ship Bottom has awarded contracts under the non-fair and open process, without competitive bidding as a professional service pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a). These contracts are awarded in the usual area of normal fees for such professional service, the total amount of which being incapable of determination in advance. The contracts and resolutions authorizing same are available for public inspection in the office of the Municipal Clerk of the Borough of Ship Bottom. The contracts are effective for the period from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026 or upon 30 days’ written notice by either party.

Tennant Magee, Esq., Municipal Attorney – Fee $210.00 per hour
Frank J. Little, Jr. P.E., Municipal Engineer – Fee range $50.00 – $220.00 per hour.
Brian K. Logan, RMA, Municipal Auditor – Fee range $90.00 – $200.00 per hour.
Bruce W. Padula, Esq., Labor Counsel, Conflict Attorney Fee – $190.00 per hour.
Meghan Bennett, Bond Counsel – Fee range $80.00 – $275.00 per hour.
Arthur R. Thibault Jr. Esq. Special Council – Fee range $90.00 – $185.00 per hour.
Jason Worth, P.E., Alternate Engineer – Fee range, $105.00 – $229.00.
