NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE BY AUCTION OF REAL ESTATE BY THE BOROUGH OF SHIP BOTTOM, COUNTY OF OCEAN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, FOR BLOCK 100, LOT 2, ALSO KNOWN AS 909 BARNEGAT AVENUE, SHIP BOTTOM, NEW JERSEY 08008
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:12-13, et seq., the Borough of Ship Bottom authorized the sale of certain Borough owned real property located at Block 100, Lot 2, on the Borough Tax Map and more commonly known as 909 Barnegat Avenue (“Property”) by public auction to the highest bidder to be conducted at 10:00 AM on July 22, 2026, at the public courtroom located at the second floor public courtroom, Borough of Ship Bottom Municipal Building, 1621 Long Beach Boulevard, Ship Bottom, New Jersey 08008.
The sale of the Property is subject to the minimum bid requirement and the terms, conditions, restrictions, and limitations set forth in the Agreement of Sale (“Agreement”) and Resolution No. 2026-107 (“Resolution”), copies of which are available at office of the Municipal Clerk at the Borough of Ship Bottom Municipal Building at the foregoing address.
