PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that a Special Meeting for the Land Use Review Board of the Borough of Ship Bottom, will be held Thursday, April 30 at 6:30 p.m. in the Ship Bottom Municipal Building, located at 1621 Long Beach Blvd., Ship Bottom, NJ. The purpose of this special meeting is to hear the application for Docket No. 2026-04, Baldwin Grille, LLC, for the following property:

706 Shore Ave., 385 & 399 West 8th St.
Block 110, Lots 15.02, 16.01 & 17.01
