BOROUGH OF SHIP BOTTOM
2026 NOTICE OF CONTRACT AWARD
The Borough of Ship Bottom has awarded a contract under the non-fair and open process, without competitive bidding as a professional service pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-5(1)(a). This contract was awarded in the usual area of normal fees for such professional service, the total amount of which being incapable of determination in advance. The contract and resolution authorizing same are available for public inspection in the office of the Municipal Clerk of the Borough of Ship Bottom. This contract is effective for the period from April 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026 or upon 30 days’ written notice by either party.
